When you are registered, all the management of your online store is done via the Seller panel. With this you have access to all the information you need to manage your sales, add products, update your product information, have an overview of actual sales, etc.It is a one-stop shop to facilitate the management of your sales account on Fufatrade.

How to Upload products.
Your first step to make your products available for the customers is to list them on your Vendor account. There are different methods to use depending on the type and the quantity of products you want to offer to the shoppers. just click on add products, you can upload 1by1 or through a cvs method for more than one upload, contact support by clicking Contact Admin in your dashboard to help you more.
To be put live, your products creation must comply with some guidelines to be accepted by our teams. so we must approve your products manually before they go live, so expect a few minutes check after you post or update a product see how to upload

How much does it cost to sell on Fufatrade?
The registration on Fufatrade is free for all the vendors. For each sale you make via our platform, you will be charged a fee depending on the category of your products.

How to process customers order
As soon as a customer orders one of your products, you have 24 hours to get your item ready to ship. Here is how to do it properly:
- Check your Fufatrade account daily to see if you have a new order (an email alert is also sent to you).
- Prepare your package for delivery, following our guidelines on how to properly pack your order.

How to deliver your order
Fufatrade offers you three main solutions to deliver your orders:
- Vendor Delivery: This is the most common with our sellers, here vendor decides to send and deliver their packages, in your account you should manage your delivery rates. This is really important, the first thing to do after creating your account should be updating your delivery rates. please to learn about this click: managing my accounts
- Prepare and drop off your package with our Third party delivery service closest to you.
This means that you take care of the storage of your products, you are responsible for packing the orders, you bring your orders to our third party stations and we only take care of the delivery to the customers.(See list of our Third party partners)
- Fufapickup service (coming soon) *We are currently employing delivery agents visit the help center for more details*
How & When do you get paid?
We deposit payment into your bank account immediately after every two listing sales made and notifies you that your payment has been sent. if you want it any Sonner just email or chat our support team to update your cash out time.
